Joyce has essentially been with the drilling business since its inception as an independent drilling firm.  She has 30 years of experience in the accounting field and has the mind that has allowed her to keep up and prosper with the changes that new technology has introduced into the accounting field over the years.

She manages and conducts the financial operations for the 3 GSI offices.    She takes the invoices developed by the drilling managers and gets them from the account receivable state to collections and deposits.  She insures that the accounts are paid and that payroll is entered in a timely manner.  After such transactions are classified, recorded and posted she develops the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow financial statements so necessary to know where the business is and to be able to manage its financial affairs.  Joyce plays a major role in this management and has been one of the reasons GSI has prospered over the years.

Not only does Joyce handle the financial concerns of the entire company but she is involved in general corporate administration through her management of the Tucson corporate office.  In her 15 years with the company she has taught herself drilling and all the various aspects of the equipment and personnel to provide such services.
